Pega’s result has emphasized an increasing belief in the value of investing in BPMS despite tough times. Pega’s license revenue went up 61% from the first half of 2008. This growth is perhaps more than the growth the market itself has seen. Organisations are really interested in not just cost savings, but also becoming more competitive and closer to customers.
