Been working on Intalio over the past few weeks – a great tool for sure. Some features are very intuitive, but others do take time to get comfortable with. The forums have some useful tips & some screencasts. Does not look like there is any documentation though – Intalio offers their own training workshops conducted in different cities across the world, but not as frequent or accessible as one would expect. It will be good to see some real documentation around the product. Forum help is a little tedious and tends to be time consuming. With Intalio’s proposition being zero code and ease of use, it will significantly reduce effort to learn if Intalio helps address the learning cycle. After all, the way to the Enterprise Edition is through comfort from the Community version.
