Salesforce.com’s announcement of the launch of Chatter, an enterprise networking platform has got me quite excited.  It is a very nicely blended-in social media features extension to salesforce.com. Considering the possibilities that it holds, I would even go to the extent of saying this is bound to become something of a landmark of sorts in what I think is arguably the oldest challenge to organizations – that of improving sales force effectiveness.  To quote from Sameer Patel’s review of Chatter,

‘I’m bullish!’
