Happened to be browsing channels tonight on TV when I chanced upon this ad of Naukri (a job search portal like Monster.com) that had made headlines in 2006. That’s right, 06 – a time when markets were in the pink of health and the biggest anxieties and challenges of IT companies were tackling attrition figures. Realize this ad is being aired again after a really long time. Cant help thinking if it is a sign of some sort. Are we beginning to hire? Is that an indicator of a reviving market?
