Came across this interesting article by J William Gurley (find it here) from way back in 2003. The value proposition of BPM must have sounded great back then. But here in 2009 BPM has certainly become mainstream, yet somehow it doesnt seem to have filled up to the potential and the promise it had from back then. At least in my opinion. What do you think? Agree? Disagree? And why?
