The similarity of situations make me suggest that its more of a 'people' thing rather than a routine 'exercise' at times.

I think many a times we get to write the brief or have to contend with a brief of a brief of a brief of a brief of a brief of a brief which show's the many fingerprints and reprints of a simple business need. (The Tower of Babel, anyone!)

Many a times I wonder if we don't use the cc section of our emails too often?!? Its easier and manages the confusion at times.
